Next to the conifer garden and the sports field, there are wooden, dock-like seating areas that can also be used as performance platforms. The area is bordered with shrub plantings. The park functions both as an activity park and as a viewing park from the residential floors. The field is surrounded by pedestrian paths paved with concrete slabs.
